The role can be based in a fixed location or involve travel between various locations. As an IT service engineer, you will be expected to have a broad understanding or IT hardware and software.

The minimum certifications required for this role will be CompTIA A+ and a Window 7/8 certification, although candidates who have also studied CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA will be at an advantage.

This package will provide up to 12-months of access to a library of courses to advance your career as an IT field engineer.

Priority should be given to the job-specific certifications:

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA N+
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Windows 7 Configuring (70-680)
  • Cisco CCNA (ICND1 and ICND2)

In addition, you will also have access to our full IT Technical Library which will enable you to broaden your knowledge further.

A great feature of our training package is that we provide you with access to our CompTIA A+, N+ and 70-680 Live Labs. These will give you a real chance to practice what you are learning through the training portal by logging into real life remote systems and performing the tasks you will be expected to perform in the real world.

The package does not include the official exams, which can be sat through Pearson Vue but course completion certificates will be issued free of charge once the courses have been completed.
